Management
Owner representative
Experienced manager that controls works on site on behalf of owner, executes for employer a detailed progress report (including photos, videos, cost estimates, other documentation). Its responsibilities include:
- Documentation management
- Execution of work schedule
- Control over work execution and deadlines
- Search for contractors and subcontractors and further cooperation with them
- Organization of contractors and subcontractors access to site
- Bookkeeping for all types of works including works of contractors and subcontractors
- Settling of operational issues with Managing company and Residential development
- Acceptance of all types of works on behalf of owner
- Resolution of operating issues on coordination with project designers
General contractor
Set of activities on interior design timely implementation and with relevant quality with the involvement of subcontractors and control over them as well as bearing full responsibility in front of client for all activities on site.
Designer’s supervision
Regular control by project designers over site work progress, prompt and intelligent solution to all arising issues, sometimes introduction of alterations into design documentation. Purpose of designer’s supervision is maximum compliance of the result with the design approved by the employer.
Technical supervision
Set of activities on strict control over compliance of construction and repair process with current codes and rules, technologies as well as design documentation. Besides technical supervision includes construction quality control.

Arrangement of approvals to all re-planning solutions.
