The customers of this apartment are a family that loves to spend time at home and appreciates home comfort. The owners prefer modern style, expensive species of wood and art objects in the interior. Natural materials are considered not only a quality mark in this family, but also a sign of nobility.
The layout was designed to be open and flowing: a spacious living area combined with the kitchen and dining zone, two private bedroom suites each with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets, and a utility space for storage and everyday needs.
Since the floorplan had no load-bearing walls, we had the freedom to shape the space around the family’s lifestyle.
Every element of the interior — from wall panels to the parquet flooring — was custom-made. Millwork was crafted according to our sketches, tailored specifically for this project.
Furniture and lighting were curated in collaboration with the clients during visits to exhibitions, factories, and showrooms in Italy and Belgium. We worked with well-known designers and respected European brands to ensure each item had a story and soul.
