Working on the project was truly effortless and inspiring! The apartment covers an area of 120 m², and while we started with the developer's original layout, we made only minor adjustments to improve functionality and flow.
Marina and Igor, the owners, are experienced travelers with a rich visual history. Their vast visual experience played a crucial role in our discussions. They were quick to imagine new ideas, listened attentively, shared their opinions, and provided invaluable insights drawn from their travels.
For the layout, we kept the open feel that was key to their vision, ensuring that spaces flowed seamlessly from one to another, without unnecessary barriers. The materials chosen for the project complement the airy concept, with an emphasis on natural textures that bring warmth and sophistication. The color palette was kept light and neutral, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
