A stunning view from the panoramic windows virtually determined the concept of the interior. The apartment is designed for seasonal living by a family of three, with relaxation being one of their main priorities.
When designing the space for short-term stays, we focused on simplicity and convenience. The layout was organized to make daily living as easy as possible while ensuring that rest would be comfortable and relaxing.
We minimized the amount of movable furniture and opted for built-in beds in the bedrooms, which added to the lightness and practicality of the space. A striking accent in the apartment is the decorative blocks from the Celosia collection by the Mutina brand, which added a unique and artistic touch to the design.
Special attention was given to creating a "space of silence." Initially, there was no clear purpose for this room — options for a guest bedroom or an additional wardrobe were discussed, but neither seemed ideal. As a result, at the client's request, we created a space where one can find peace and solitude, read books, hold Zoom meetings, or practice meditation. This space has become a true refuge for the soul, fulfilling the need for quiet and personal time.
The apartment in Montenegro was awarded second place at the 6th international festival “House on Brestskaya”.
